Terms and Conditions of Auction
5% Buyers Premium applies. Buyer must pickup items within the specified time frame stated. All Items are sold "As Is", "Where Is" with no warranties or guarantees expessed or implied by Ea Auctioneers and Auctions. It is the Buyers responsibility to inspect all items prior to bidding. All sales are final. In the event of non-payment of item, the bidder shall assume all court costs associated with collection of payment in court. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Maury County, Tennessee. Ea Auctioneers and Auctions has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items based on the information provided by the owner, however, it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition and suitabilitry of each lot. Printed statements and/or descriptions by Ea Auctioneers and Auctions and its staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion.
No Buybacks: Sellers are contractually prohibited from bidding on lots they have consigned/contracted to the auction.
Soft Close: This auction has a soft close feature, meaning if a bid is placed within the last two (2) minutes of a lot closing then time will be extended an additional two (2) minutes onto the time left remaining.
Stagger Close: This auction features a stagger close which means items/lots end in several second increments. Each auction may have a different stagger time amount. Larger auctions will have a smaller stagger time to ensure the entire auction ends in a timely manner. An example of a stagger close is this. The auction is set to start ending at 8:00 pm (EST) 7:00 pm (CST). This does not means all items/lots will end at 7:00 pm. If the stagger time is set to ten (10) seconds then lot #1 will end at 7:00:00 pm, lot #2 will end at 7:00:10, Lot #3 will end at 7:00:20 and so on until all lots have ended. NOTE: bidding can extend on a lot if a bid is placed within the last two (2) minutes of the item ending. See the paragraph above to explain the "soft close" feature.
Preview of the two veicles will be by appointment has please contact Ea Auctioneers & Auctions to schedule a preview time at (931) 698-2220. Please preview all items prior to bidding as they are selling "As Is" "Where Is". Information on each vehicle is from the owner of vehicle(s). Ea Auctioneers and Auctions information on each vehcile has come from the owner.
Pick-up for these vehicles will be scheduled with Ea Auctioneers and Auctions. Pickup of vehicles must be done within 5 days of the ending date of this auction between the hours of 8:00 am (CST) and 4:00 pm (CST).. Payment of vehicles must be confirmed and verified at Ea Auctioneers and Auctions bank prior to pickup. Title on each vehicles will be given once payment has been verfied by Ea Auctioneers and Auctions Bank. No vehicle will be loaded and transported until payment has been verified by Ea Auctioneers and Auctions bank. No exceptions. Pick-up Location 3005 Shedden Drive, Columbia, TN 38401 (Watch for Ea Auctioneers & Auctions Signs). Please call our office if you have questions regarding the pick-up times and location at (931) 698-2220. NO SHIPPING is being offered by Ea Auctioneers and Auctions. Buyer will be responsible for the transport of these vehicles. Ea Auctioneers & Auctions will have the final say as to shipping any item(s). All shipping cost will be charged and paid by BUYER. PICKUP LOCATION: 3005 Shedden Drive, Columbia, TN 38401. All auction items not paid for, picked up or claimed within 5 days of auction will be resold at buyer's expense, unless Buyer has made arrangements with Ea Auctioneers and Auctions.
NO SHIPPING OFFERED. All shipping cost and decision of transport vendor will be at Buyer's expense and decision. Ea Auctioneers & Auctions reserves the right not to ship any item.
ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON DESIGNTED PICK-UP DAY(S) WILL BE ASSESSED A $5.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE UNLESS ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE PRIOR TO AUCTION END.

Payment Terms: Payment must be made prior to items being picked up if paying with cash and or certified check. Credit cards will be processed within 2 hrs. of auction closing. Payment by Cash and or Certified Check must be confirmed and paid within 24 hours of ending of auction. Ea Auctioneers & Auctions needs to be notified prior to "CLOSE OF AUCTION" or payment will be charged to credit card on file.
