Description
This auction has a large collection of Native American artifacts, arrowheads of all shapes and sizes, tomahawks, pipes, grinding rocks, pottery and more. This is the collection of the late Alonzo Combs. Most are said to be found around the Malvern, Arkadelphia and Caddo River areas and are said to be mostly Caddo Indian artifacts. Great Thunder Bird, as some people knew him, was a great story teller. He would show his collection and share his story at many of the local schools. There are approximately twenty cases that Alonzo has put together. We have chosen to sell these cases by the case due to the fact that most items are glued to the case and probably have a coat of varnish on them. Some of these items may or may not be authentic. Everything will sell to the highest bidder at an online auction ending Friday, November 22. You will have the opportunity to view these in person on Sunday, November 17 from 2:00-4:00PM at the old store buildings located at 103 N Front Street in Donaldson, AR.
