This is a smaller estate with a variety of extremely nice furniture, jewelry, collectables, quilting machine with many extra, records, garage items, contents of shed, snow blowers, lawn mower, wheelbarrows, gas cans. Please read descriptions on lots, some furniture in basement that will require your own help to remove. Action will open at 7:00am on Saturday 11/16/24 and will begin to end on Saturday 11/23/24 with 4 lots ending per minute. Preview will be Tuesday 11/19/24 9:00am to 12:00pm Pickup will be Sunday 11/24/24 from 9:00am to 3:00pm and all purchased items must be picked up within this time frame, with the exception of the contents of the shed could be granted extra time. but does need to be done ASAP. All items are sold AS IS/ WHERE IS, items will be described as possible but strongly recommend inspecting all items on 11/19/24 between 9:00am to 12:00pm. Due to time restraints on this auction, we will not be offering shipping.
