Otherwise, 8.25% sales tax will apply. **Buyer's Premium & Sales Tax** - 15% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases. - Sales tax: 8.25%. **Sales Terms** - All sales are final. Items are sold as-is, with no returns, exchanges, or warranties. **Bidder Requirements** - Register with a valid credit/debit card and ID. - Must be 18 or older. **Payment Terms** - Payments are processed automatically at auction close. - Buyers must present a paid receipt for pickup. **Liability & Item Removal** - Buyers are responsible for removing their items and bringing packing materials. - Streamline Trading LLC is not liable for damages during removal. **Pick-Up Procedure** - Text your invoice number to **972-809-4564** before arriving. - Notify us via text upon arrival. - Customers must arrange for their own loading assistance. **Discrepancies & Descriptions** - Report discrepancies at pickup. - Photos and descriptions are the property of Streamline Trading LLC. The second photo shows the item's actual condition. **Important** - Items not picked up within three days are considered abandoned. - By bidding, you enter a legally binding contract.
