All first time bidders will need to be verified by our office staff before bidding can commence.

Once you have registered and been accepted by a staff member you are now ready to bid at our auction and any future auctions.

No items are for sale prior to the auction, no items can be removed from the sale wihtout the auctioneers appproval.
The purchaser will be the highest bidder. Any dispute arising as to the highest bidder to be resolved by the auctioneer who may refuse any bid or withdraw any lot from sale.
Should an absentee, phone or online bidder be locked on the same bid the lot will go to the online bidder.
Whilst every care is taken, the auctioneer does not accept responsibility for items described incorrectly either in catalogues or at auction. Intending purchasers are advised to take advantage of the time given to view items prior to auction commencement.
The auctioneer is merely the agent of the vendor in respect of the sale of goods. All disputes arising from default of title, wrong descriptions or otherwise, must be settled between the vendor and the purchaser. The auctioneer gives no warranties in respect of these matters, and no lots are to be returned to the auctioneer.
The auctioneer shall not be liable for any default of the purchaser or vendor.
The buyer of each lot shall be responsible for it from the time it is "knocked down".
Payment to be made in full before delivery.
ALL INVOICES ARE TO BE SETTLED & COLLECTED BY 4PM WEDNESDAY 27TH NOVEMBER

ALL SECOND-HAND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT MAY BE FAULTY AND SHOULD BE INSPECTED AND TESTED BY A COMPETENT PERSON IN ACCORDANCE WITH AS/NZS 3760 PRIOR TO USE
Invoices can be finalised at the office onsite by the way of cash, eftpos, eft or direct deposit (please allow funds to be cleared before collection) before Wednesday 27th November
YVAuctions preferred payment is by diredt deposit
NO Items to be removed without a paid invoice. If you are sending a third party they also need to produce a paid invoice before goods can be removed.
Yarra Valley Auctions offer postage of smaller items through Australia Post, Transdirect or Pack & Send at the buyers expense.
