“Signing the Constitution” Gold Commemorative Stamp Shipping is available via USPS for a $5 handling fee for items sold under $150. For items over $150, shipping will be handled out of house for a $20 handling fee. These fees do not include postage. The DG will do an amazing job packaging; however, we accept no responsibility if an item is damaged during shipping.

Bidding opens Tuesday, 11.18. The first lot will close on Sunday, 11.24 at 5 p.m. (PST). Preview on Friday, 11.2, from 9 am - 5 pm.
Preview Date/Time Preview will be on Friday, 11.22, from 9 am - 5 pm.
Checkout Date/Time Pickup is Monday - Wednesday, 11 am - 6 pm, 11.25 - 11.27. All items not collected by 6 p.m. Wednesday will be forfeited. The buyer is responsible for picking up on these days between these times. If an item is not picked up, it will l be resold, and the buyer will not be able to bid again until they have paid a $25 restocking fee. Shipping is available for select items. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU FAIL TO PICK UP AN ITEM WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO POSSIBLE FORFEITURE OF BOTH FEES AND GOODS

DG Estate Liquidator will try to describe the items to the best of our knowledge using our inspection and the description from the Estate/Consigner. To schedule a time to preview this auction before the day it closes, give us a call at 775-391-0746 before this auction closes. You are responsible for inspecting and determining the quality, condition, and value of items before bidding. By placing a bid on the item, you are committing to purchasing the items at your bid plus applicable taxes and premiums, which will be invoiced as such. Payment Terms
Square - An invoice will be sent out within 24 hours of the auction's conclusion. Please email info@dgestateliquidator.com if you have any questions. Be sure to check your spam for the invoice. There will be a 3.5% Credit Card Fee for any credit card use. You can waive this fee by paying cash.
Pick-up is from 11 am - 6 pm Monday - Wednesday. For shipping, please verify via email if you will require shipping. After the initial winnings invoice is paid, a shipping invoice will be sent. Shipping is via USPS flat rate shipping with a $5 handling fee. Select larger items can be shipped for a $20 handling fee. The buyer is responsible for picking up on these days between these times. Failure to pay or pick up your items by Wednesday, 11.27, will forfeit the sale and fees unless you have contacted us; otherwise, the item(s) will be relisted. If the item(s) are relisted, there will be a $25 restocking fee to participate in future auctions.
