Invoices above $10,000.00 shall be paid for with a wire or ACH transfer. 3.All items are sold as is where is and how is, with no warranties of any type expressed or implied concerning the merchandise being sold. Once an item is called Sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer, and all risk of loss or damage passes to them. 4.Descriptions of merchandise contained in the catalog are intended for general information purposes only. We reserve the right to correct any clerical errors and to re-invoice if necessary. If a dispute arises out of this contract that cannot be settled through negotiation or mediation, any-and-all court proceeding shall take place in Butler, Pa.16101. 11.Removal dates and times: After the auction Saturday until 5 pm. Sunday from 9 am to 3 pm. Monday and Tuesday (11/25 & 11/26) 8 am to 4 pm. All other dates by appointment only through November 29.
