**By accepting the Terms & Conditions, you are agreeing to accept any lot(s) you win as being in "AS IS/WHERE IS" with all faults condition with no warranties whatsoever. All items are believed accurate but not waranteed. BIDDER INSPECTION IS ENCOURAGED. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the item(s) to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. We do not do refunds on any lot(s) won in our auctions. Payment is to be made at close of auction. There will be a 12% Buyer's Premium added to each lot. We accept cash, Certified check (made payable to C & C Auctioneering), Cashier's check (made payable to C & C Auctioneering), Visa, Mastercard (if paying with VIsa or Mastercard, add 10% processing fee to total invoice amount and credit card must be in the purchaser's name). If paying with a Certified Check, Cashier's check or money order, we must receive the payment before releasing any vehicles.
C & C Auctioneering/Cook's Towing Service, Inc. reserves the right to deny approval to bid on any auction/lot at their own descretion for any reason(s) that they may have without disclosing the reason(s).
We only offer shipping on local deliveries only for an extra fee depending on what we are towing and where it is going. All other towing/shipping arrangements will need to be made by the winning bidder.
***I can not accept a Visa or Mastercard payment from any out of state bidders. Only cash, Cashier's check, Certified check or Money orders will be accepted for payment. Lots will only be released after full payment is received in our office. We do have a 12% Buyer's Premium that will be added to each lot that you win.
I will email an invoice to the address listed when you registered. If I do not get a response before the close (5:00pm EST) of business the day after the auction, then I will assume you were not a serious bidder and negative public feedback will be left on the auction site informing other auctions of your non-payment and lack of communication to settle your invoice.

C & C Auctioneering/Cook's Towing Service, Inc. is not responsible for any ommission of information or misleading information on any lot in their auction. These are mostly abandoned or accident vehicles so we very rarely have any information on the vehicles in our auctions. If I do know anything, I will list it in the description for that lot. Pictures can be deceiving so please come in person to inspect any vehicle that you are interested in bidding on. **PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN WINNING***
***If you win the bid on any lot and do not pay, you will not be allowed to bid at any of our future auctions and negative feedback comments will be made public information. I can not approve any bidders with a negative feedback score.
All lots won need to be picked up by 4:00pm on Friday same week as the auction. If you need a vehicle towed out of our lot, we can deliver locally for an additional charge depending on what we are towing and where it is going.
