All items sold as is, where is with no guarantees or warranties. By placing a bid, bidder indicates they accept the pictures and descriptions as given, or have inspected the item to their satisfaction. The highest bid when the lot bid closes will be the winning bid for the item. BID CAREFULLY AS YOUR BID IS BINDING, ONCE YOU ARE DEIGNATED THE WINNER YOUR BID CANNOT BE RECINDED AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT AND PICKUP OF YOUR ITEMS. SOME ITEMS QUANTITTIES ARE MORE THAN 1. THE BID ON THESE ITEMS IS “TIMES THE MONEY”, MENAING IF YOU SEE A “x10” LISTED, IT MEANS YOU ARE BIDDING ON 10 ITEMS AND YOU ARE AGREENING TO PYA 10X YOUR BID. Invoice and Payment: Full payment is required within 48 hours of the auction. Any unpaid invoices at the conclusion of scheduled pickup time will automatically be invoiced to the Credit Card on file. Buyers will be allowed to pay with cash, credit card or check at the time of pickup. All Buyers will pay the price of the individual item plus an additional 10% buyer premium. Credit Card users will be charged an extra 4%. GUNS AND VEHICLES PAYMENT TO BE MADE BY CASH OR WIRE TRANSFER ONLY. A $15 wire fee will be charged. All items are subject to sales tax. If you do not receive an email with your invoice within 24 hours of the close of the auction, please notify us by calling Mike at (402) 380-2772. Please keep in mind that sometimes emails may be delivered to your junk/spam folder. Item Pickup: Items shall be picked up at 200 N Logan Ave., Oakland NE., on the following dates and times: TBD. Please adhere to pick up times as we will not be available for pick up other than these times. All items must be paid for in full before being removed. All items will be removed at the expense, liability, and risk of the buyer. Please bring your own packing materials and manpower to safely remove and load your own items. Any items not removed from our facility within the specified pickup time will be considered abandoned, and the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the property including all funds used to purchase the items, unless arrangements are made ahead of time with the auction company. Shipping: Shipping will be available for small items only. Shipping will not be provided for any items that cannot be easily packaged in a shipping box even if the listing states "Shipping Available". Shipping and Handling will be provided at Buyers Expense. All our items are shipped at Pak Mail, in Fremont, NE. or by the USPS in Oakland, NE. Shipping will be done as soon as possible but may take up to 10 days after the auction to get your items shipped. Please note we are unable to and will not provide a shipping estimate prior to the auction. We have no way of estimating shipping costs without having the item packaged ready for shipping. Auction Software used by The Nissen Group Auctions will not be held liable for any software or software malfunction discrepancies. Be sure you know what you are bidding on prior to placing a bid. Our staff tries to take clear concise photos of the individual lots; however, sometimes other lot items photos can be displayed in the background of a lot. Failure to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future live or on-line auctions conducted by The Nissen group Auctions.
