1. Everything must be paid in full at the close of business on 12.10.2024 . If we do not hear from buyer regarding payment by the end of the business on 12.10.2024 the card on file will be charged.
2. Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made by the consignor. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information.
3. The Bidder is responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. If they are unsure, they should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor "mistakes".
5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to except bids in any incremements feels is in the best interest of his client the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller.
6. Schedule for item(s) to to be picked up will be Wednesday 12.10.2024 from 12:00-6:00pm. Times are Central Standard Time. THIS IS THE ONLY DAY FOR PICKUP!
7. Shipping is available for certain items. Please note shipping on each lot descriptions. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
8. Platinum Auction Company does not guarantee the authenticity of the items in this sale. Consignors provide descriptions as well as other sources.
9. There will be a 15% buyers premium for this auction. 3% added for all card payments. We accept cash, check and debit/credit cards.
10. Items not picked up within 10 business days will be resold and refunds will not be provided on resold items.
