By registering for and participating in this auction, you agree to the following terms:
Payments:
After the auction closes, you will receive a confirmation “settlement” email from hibid@auctionflex.com. This email includes a link for payment and scheduling to collect your items. Payments include the buyer’s premium and applicable state sales tax. For cash payments, please see the “Cash Buyers” section below. If you don’t receive your settlement, check your spam folder.
Cash Buyers:
To pay with cash, select this option on the pickup scheduling page. Misuse of this option may result in suspension of this privilege. Unpaid settlements after four business days will be voided, potentially impacting future bidding privileges.
Pickups:
Items can be paid for and picked up only after the auction concludes. Pickup is by appointment, scheduled via the link in your settlement email.

Deadline: Items not picked up within 7 days of the auction ending will be considered abandoned and disposed of without a refund. Contact supply@captimeco.com for special arrangements.
No Shipping:
This auction is for local or regional bidders only. Out-of-state registrations may be declined. Capital Time Supply does not assist with securing items outside your vehicle due to insurance policies but can help move items to your vehicle.
Item Conditions:
All items are sold “as-is.” We make every effort to verify item conditions, but buyers are responsible for reviewing item descriptions and photos carefully before bidding.
Returns and Refunds:
All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted.
