It is your responsibility to contact the FFL provider of your choice for the transfer and have them email a copy of their license and include your name, invoice and lot number to Rzs.sportsmansparadise@outlook.com with your name on the email subject line. *There will be a $30.00 transfer fee for all firearms (no exceptions). Purchasers must be 18 years of age to buy a long gun and 21years of age to buy a handgun. *We reserve the right to withdraw any bid or re-catalog items in the auction for any reason deemed necessary by RZ's Sportsman’s Paradise, we reserve the right to refuse service to any bidder for any reason deemed by RZ's Sportsman’s Paradise. We reserve the right to refuse any bid not believed to be in good faith. *NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OF FIREARMS OR AMMUNITION. We will not ship to the following states: California, Illinois, Delaware, Connecticut, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, Washington D.C., Alaska. *All sales are final, and there is no refunds or exceptions. The acceptance of a bid constitutes a legal and binding contract under Nebraska state law. *Shipping: We use UPS and U.S.P.S. for shipping. Shipping charges include packaging / box and required insurance. SPECIAL NOTE: All firearms and other items are packaged in house. Any firearm with an attached sling will be removed, separately wrapped and placed in the package with your firearm, at no additional charge, as a personal convivence to buyer. *You will receive a settlement within 48 hours of the auction close, there is no need to contact us for a settlement. *If your card is declined, we will reach out to you via email or phone 1 time. If you do not respond to or contact us within 24 hours you will be in default and will be reported to HiBid and no longer be able to bid at our auctions. *ALL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED!!!!! *You will receive a separate shipping settlement. Once the item has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Which shipping could take up to a week before items are shipped. *Please check your junk or spam folder, as sometimes emails are sent there instead of your inbox. *Shipping and Handling costs: A flat $45 for handguns and $55 for long guns for shipping and handling will be added to all firearm sales. Ammunition and other items will be priced by weight, you will receive an invoice stating the shipping and handling costs. Your card will be charged again for shipping costs. There will be a $15.00 handling fee on all other items. Items will be shipped within 20 business days of customer confirmation of shipment address or of FFL verification. *We accept the following payments: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. *All card transactions incur a 4% processing fee. No chargebacks permitted. If payment is not received, RZ's Sportsman's Paradise may choose to void a Bidder's invoice and forfeit all items. Bidder will be banned from all future auctions associated with RZ's Sportsman's Paradise and reported to its affiliated online bidding platforms. All legal fees, collection fees, and any other charges arising from nonpayment will be paid by the Bidder *The sales tax is based on the shipping address. If we ship your gun to an address in Nebraska we will be collecting sales tax. Generally, all items included on the invoice are taxable. To establish a tax-exempt sale, a copy of a valid reseller's permit or other instrument or information establishing a sales tax exemption, as required by the applicable state, must be provided. Sales tax is required to be remitted by the buyer in all states except the following: States with no sales tax: Montana, and Oregon. * Liability and Safety: By participating in this auction, you release the seller and RZ's Sportsman's Paradise and its affiliates from any liability related to the purchase, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of items.
