This tempura fryer withstands high heat and the heat in the pot remains even. It is compatible with all cooktops including induction cooker electric stoves gas. TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Our Janpanese style tempura frying pot is equipped with a thermometer to keep an eye on the temperature during cooking can get a higher level of fried food. Note that when too much food is added at one time the temperature will drop. EASY TO CLEAN: The oil filter rack can be removed and cleaned when cleaning which makes it easier to drain and clean the food oil used. It's so easy to clean just use a little dish soap and water then wipe out with a rag. Then get a fryer pot as clean as new. UNIQUE DESIGN: When frying a large amount of food at one time our lid design can safely prevent oil from splashing. After the food is fried you can put the food on the lid of the pot to control temperature and drain the oil so that the food obtained is more delicious. Then waiting for oil to flow down to the pot pour out the cooking oil by the beak diversion port will be easier.
