Although we do not ship items, many of our customers utilize our local UPS shipping service for pickup, packing and shipping. Items must be scheduled to be picked up by no later than Friday after the auction close. We do not pack your items for shipping, you must utilize UPS packing services. YOU MUST USE OUR LOCAL UPS STORE - YOU MUST USE ALL 3 UPS SERVICES: PICKUP, PACKING, AND SHIPPING SERVICES. NO PREPAID SHIPPING LABELS. You must send the UPS Store a copy of your invoice and your shipping address must match the address on file with Hibid before we can release your items for shipping and packing. If you are out of state and/or are purchasing jewelry, gold, silver, or other items at our discretion, we have several requirements before we can release your items for shipping.1. Valid Driver License: A valid driver's license must be provided to us (photo or scan). The address must match the address on file with Hibid. 3. Signed Invoice: You must sign your paid invoice(attached to the winning bidder email that you received), photo/scan and email it back to us. The buyer's premium is 15% with MD Sales Tax of 6%. 4. The credit card used to register on Hibid will be charged immediately following the close of the sale. **Please note that UsedTwo does not retain your credit information. It is secured by Hibid only. We do not have access to change any of your Hibid Account settings including your payment options, payment preferences and credit card information. This is secured by Hibid only and will require you to update your settings in your Hibid Account. 5. If the payment does not go through the buyer is expected to pay at pick up. We accept cards and cash.. AN ADDITIONAL 3% PROCESSING FEE WILL BE CHARGED WHEN PAYING WITH A CARD AT PICKUP. If your credit card was declined you have until Thursday Pickup to pay your invoice or the sale will be canceled and items put back up for sale. Nonpaying Bidders could possibly be permanently banned from future auctions. 6. Sales and Use Tax ID Number must be submitted BEFORE THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION. THE TAX ID NUMBER CANNOT BE APPLIED AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION. 7. All Items are "As Is" with all faults. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. We do not guarantee the grade, authenticity, condition, or operation of any item sold. 8. ONCE YOU PLACE A BID IT IS FINAL. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees that they have examined the items to their satisfaction in person or online. You assume responsibility for the condition of the item when you placed the bid and waive the right to inspect the item in person if you did not come to inspect the item before bidding. 9. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETRIEVED WITHIN THE PICKUP WINDOWS. Items not picked up, will NOT be held after the pickup windows end .- the following Thursday 10AM - 6 PM after auction close. ITEMS UNCLAIMED WILL BECOME PROPERTY OF USEDTWO 10. Winning Bidders MUST be able to load and haul their items. We may or may not be able to supply help. 11.UsedTwo Auctions is powered by Stress Free Solutions. Any reference to UsedTwo is considered a reference to Stress Free Solutions. 12.Auctions run from Tuesday to Tuesday. Pickup is still Thursday following the auction close from 10 am to 6 pm. If you are unable to pick up your items on Thursday, just email us PRIOR TO AUCTION CLOSE for a rescheduled pickup at team@usedtwo.com. . On the end of business day Friday, if items fail to be picked up and we have not heard from you for rescheduling, your items may be forfeited.
