Shortly after the auction ends, you will receive an invoice in your registered email with a list of items won-please note pick-up location and times (if you cannot pick up during scheduled time, please do not bid). Pay CASH OR CARD at Pick up.

After receiving payment and receiving a shipping request email from the winner, Bell Tower Auctions will then transport your item to Going Postal ($10 handling fee will apply).
Additional shipping and handling fees will be charged by Going Postal.
At this point all shipping and handling concerns and issues will be handled by Going Postal and Bell Tower Auctions will be held harmless for any damage, loss, shipping charges, handling chargers or any other fees or charges.

**Some items may be taken to Going Postal (local shipping service) and they will contact you by phone / email for payment of shipping cost.
Please note that the price of shipping, packing items, and labor continues to be on the increase. PLEASE TAKE THE HIGHER SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES INTO CONSIDERATION BEFORE YOU BID.
We will combine shipping / handling when possible - (note - some items are unable to ship together - example glass items and heavy items).

You must have a registered credit card on file prior to bidding. Accepted Credit Cards include Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. By registering to bid you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and agree and accept to your credit card to be charged immediately following auction close. There is a 15% Buyer's Premium and 7% Sales Tax with a 4% Credit Card Processing Fee added to total invoice. A $25 service fee will be added to your invoice if your credit card is declined.
NOTE-Winning bidders have the option to pay with CASH or Credit Card. Cash payments must be made by the close of pick up date and time, otherwise your credit card on file will be charged for the total invioiced amount with an additional 4% credit card fee (in accordance with the Auctions's Terms and Conditions).
