Items are considered delivered when the USPS or UPS tracking data states the item has been delivered. We DO NOT issue refuds because you cannot find the item, or if someone steals your package, or the wind the blew it away, or for any other reason because you cannot place your hands on the item(s). Once tracking states your purchase has been delivered, all other delivery or receipt issues are out of our control.
