Welcome to our first auction of 2025! Auction Terms and Conditions Buyer's Premium: " A buyer's premium of eighteen percent (18%) is added to the successful bid price of each lot. " A three percent (3%) discount is available for payments made in cash or by debit card in person only there is no exception. Items must be picked up and paid for within seventy-two (72) hours of the auction's conclusion. " The closing of lots will begin at 10:00 AM on Sunday, January 12th, 2025, with each subsequent lot closing every six (6) seconds. " The auction features a "soft close" mechanism, whereby any bid placed within the last minute of a lot's scheduled closing will extend the closing time by an additional one (1) minute.
