Terms and Conditions
Eligibility and Registration?All bidders must be 18 years of age or older to register and receive a bid number. During registration, you will be required to provide a valid credit card. In response to recent fraudulent activity, all new bidders are subject to approval. To verify your card, a temporary charge of $1.00 will be made (which will be refunded after verification).
Please contact your credit card company prior to registration, as all cards have daily spending limits, regardless of balance or credit limit. These limits can be increased upon request. After the auction concludes, your credit card will be charged for any purchases. Please note that once registered, you cannot change the card on file. The card provided at registration is the only one that will be charged. If you need to make alternative payment arrangements, please contact our office directly.
Payment and Invoicing?Once the auction ends, you will receive a paid receipt via email, confirming your payment after your credit card has been processed. This will only occur after the auction has closed. If payment is declined, you must bring a valid card and your driver’s license during pickup to complete payment. We do not accept payments over the phone.
You will be charged once for the total of your purchases, regardless of the number of items won. A paid receipt is required to collect your items, and a paper copy can be obtained at our office. Items cannot be removed until full payment is received.
Nonpayment and Consequences?All items must be paid for immediately following the auction. Failure to pay will result in a ban from future auctions. We reserve the right to exclude any bidder from participation at our discretion.
Bidding Platform and Liability?Southern Sales Services Auctioneers, Inc. utilizes Hi-Bid as our online bidding platform. All bidders are assigned a bidding score based on their previous activity with other Hi-Bid users. We reserve the right to reject bids from individuals with low or negative bidding scores.
Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for service interruptions, errors, or omissions caused by system malfunctions. The auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without prior notice. In the event of a system failure, Southern Sales Services Auctioneers may void a sale, temporarily suspend bidding, reschedule the auction, or relist affected items. The decision of Southern Sales Services Auctioneers is final.
Unpaid Items?If you fail to pay for an item after winning a bid, you acknowledge that the item will not be automatically returned to our facility. Additional costs for the removal of unpaid items may apply, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action for nonpayment, including forwarding your case to our attorney for collection.
Item Descriptions and Corrections?We strive for accuracy in our listings, but occasional errors may occur in item descriptions or quantities. If an error is discovered during the auction, we will correct it as soon as possible. In cases where the quantity listed is incorrect (e.g., "x 2" but only 1 item is available), you will be required to pay for the additional items. All items are sold "AS IS," with no warranties or guarantees, unless explicitly stated in the description.
Auction Process and Bidding?Southern Sales Services Auctioneers uses a "soft close" method for bidding. If a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of an item's closing time, the auction for that item will be extended for an additional 2 minutes. This process will continue until bidding has ceased. All subsequent items will close in consecutive order every 5 seconds. Please ensure that the item you are bidding on is correct, as no bid retractions will be allowed.
Pickup and Shipping?We do not offer shipping services. Buyers are required to pick up their items during the designated days and times. Items not collected within the scheduled pickup window will be considered abandoned and forfeited, and may be sold in a future auction. No refunds will be issued for abandoned items.
Please bring any necessary help and equipment for loading your purchases. Forklift service is available for large palletized items as a courtesy, but buyers are fully responsible for any damage to their items or property during the loading process. Forklift services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Buyer’s Premium?A 13% buyer's premium, in addition to applicable sales tax, will be applied to all winning bids.
Agreement?By registering for this auction, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to abide by them.
All Sales Final
1. No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. Once a winning bid is placed and accepted, the buyer is fully committed to the purchase. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances.
2. "As-Is" Condition: All items are sold in their current condition, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to thoroughly inspect the items before bidding. The auction company makes no representations or warranties regarding the condition, quality, or suitability of any item for a particular purpose.
3. Buyer Acknowledgment: By placing a bid, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that all sales are final and agrees to purchase the lot(s) as described. The buyer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all descriptions and images prior to bidding.
4. No Adjustments or Price Modifications: Once the auction ends, no price adjustments or negotiations will be allowed. Any discrepancies or issues identified after the sale will not result in a change to the purchase price.
5. Inspection and Preview: We encourage all bidders to attend any scheduled preview or inspection periods before placing a bid. The auction company will make reasonable efforts to describe and/or photograph all lots accurately, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the items and assess their value before committing.
6. Removal of Items: Buyers are responsible for removing all purchased items within the designated pickup times and according to the auction company's removal policies. No refunds or adjustments will be made for any failure to pick up items in a timely manner.
7. Legal Binding Agreement: By registering for and participating in the auction, the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions, including the "All Sales Final" policy. This agreement is binding upon the conclusion of the auction.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover. Your credit card will be charged once the sale has completely closed. This sale will take approximately 6 - 7 hours to close, with or plus soft close items. Please be patient. Your receipt will be emailed to you once we close the sale. You will need a copy of your receipt to pick up your items. We can provide that for you the day(s) of pickup. Please add onlinepba@gmail.com to your email address book to avoid your invoice possibly going into your spam folder. **Note** Please know that ALL debit and credit cards have daily purchasing limits REGARDLESS OF YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE. If your final total for the auction is higher than your Daily Limit then your card company will decline the purchase. If you do not know your limit, or need your limit increased, we suggest you contact your bank prior to the close of the auction. When registering or signing in to bid on the Hi-bid platform, the system will ask you to verify the card you want charged. Once you have chosen the card, YOU CAN NOT CHANGE IT. If your card declines, you will be required to bring a card and your drivers license when picking up. We will not be taking payment over the phone.

These are the ONLY pick up times. No Exceptions! If you can not make these pick up times and days, we respectfully ask you not to bid. You will not be refunded for items not picked up during scheduled days and times. Any and all items not picked up during these days/times, will be deemed abandoned and sold at a future auction. WE DO NOT SHIP. We DO NOT offer shipping. We also do not load LTL Again, you are responsible to load your own items (with the exception of pallets we can pick up with a forklift) WE CAN NOT PHYSICALLY HELP YOU HAND-LOAD.
