Due to personal reasons the seller has decided to offer by public auction the items in this catalog. The large majority of the items in this auction have been very well cared for and maintained. Open House location is 1376 Lathrop Road, Allenton, MI 48002. Pick up and payment dates and times are Thursday Dec 12th from 10:00am until 7:00pm and Friday Dec 13th from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. Please call before 4:00 pm Friday Dec 13th. All invoices must be paid during pick up time without exception. NOTE - There will be NO Saturday or Sunday pickup times available for the weekend following this auction because the property has been sold and we will no longer have access after these dates. *** Note *** There are no shipping options provided by the auction company for this auction due to auction location and timeframe. For local pick up everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception by Friday Dec 13th at 4:00pm.
