The first lot closes at 7PM Friday night.** Join us in Saint Charles for a sale offering a variety of household items. This smoke free split level home has lots on the main level, basement (no walkout), upstairs, backyard area, and in the shed & garage. Several lots require some stairs since the home is split level. We will have some help on pick up day but come prepared because we get very busy. Home did have pets at one time. Some items are dusty and/or need cleaning. We make no attempt to improve items. Items are used, most items show some wear and everything is sold as is. Be sure to check all pictures and read lot descriptions before bidding. Thank you. Bidders are fully responsible for removing all items safely and within the scheduled pick up time. Any damage done to the home is charged to the bidder. Bring tools if a lot requires them. Bring help to remove heavy furniture pieces. REMINDER: Full address shown on winning invoice. Any items not picked up and without prior arrangements are forfeited and may incur a removal fee. This home is getting fully cleaned out so all items must go. We cannot transport or set out lots. Please only bid if you can pick up during the scheduled time. This way you can bid on multiple items at one time and not fear you may lose any of them. Bidding will be be extended on an item for 1 minute if anyone bids on that item within the last 1 minute of items closing. This once again keeps other bidders from sniping an item from you when you have put your time and effort into getting it for several days/bids.
