STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING:
The first item of the auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM CST on December 13, 2024 .
LOAD OUT/PICK UP: Sunday Monday Tuesday from 4:30pm-8pm.
Alternate pick-up arrangements are made with the auction company by calling (660)424-3298
SHIPPING: We will load shipping that you have arranged At the buyers expense.
AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: 8%, 4% Credit or Debit Card Surcharge.

TITLES: Will be mailed 10-14 business days after the auction has concluded. Unless paid for with cash day of pick up.
WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.
The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or reschedule an individual item and/or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
In the event a winning bidder does not pick up their items on the advertised pickup dates or make arrangements for payment by the end of the last pick up day the Auction Company has the right to charge the Credit Card on file or sell the items to a back up bidder if they choose. Additionally, IF card is charged then auction company will hold item 30 days for pick up and if not picked up will be sold again. the Auction Company may at their discretion permanently ban the non paying bidder from doing business with Rocking W Auctions in all future auctions as well as leave negative feedback about the buyer to other auctioneers that use the HiBid auction platform.
Buyer is responsible for item once auction closes auction company is not responsible in any way.
Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Rocking W Auctions reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR Rocking W AUCTIONS SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
