Description
The Midwest Roadside Safety Facility (MwRSF), part of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, conducts safety performance evaluations of highway features and vehicle testing of crash barriers. These vehicles have been a part of this testing and have salvage titles. (unless otherwise indicated) All vehicles are damaged, have missing parts, sold as is, and items in pickup boxes must remain with the vehicle. All items will be sold in the order as listed, AS IS, where is, without any warranty expressed or implied in any manner or form. The University of Nebraska reserves the right to modify the listing and add or remove items from this auction without notice. Inspection is by appointment only. Vehicle Paperwork: All paperwork will be made out in the company name exactly as it appears on the winning bidder's online account or their individual name.
NO Buyer's Premium on our auction items. All persons desiring to bid online and live must be registered prior to the auction and must have obtained a Bidder's number. Must be 18 years of age to register with valid picture ID. All vehicles are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranty, expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have inspected thoroughly the vehicles and to have satisfied himself or herself as to its condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment. The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available. Removal is by appointment only. Contact Alex Russell at arussell2@unl.edu. Vehicles need to be paid for in full and removed no later than November 25, 2024. Settlement must be made in full prior to removing the auction item. Cashier's Check or Credit Card payments are the ONLY forms of payment accepted. There is a 3% credit card processing fee. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. Merchandise not paid for and removed by the end of the day on November 25th, may be resold without notice.
