SMALL CENTS Rare Coin Auctions Auction Terms
1. This is a public Auction including absentee and mail bids conducted by Small Cents Auctions, owned and operated by Gary S. Galbo, NH#2992 . The Auction will be conducted online only, closing at 8:00 PM on December 28, 2024. The catalog with pictures will be available for online bidding approximately 14 days prior to the live session.
2. A 20% Buyers premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot to be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price. If payment is by cash or check, the buyers premium will be discounted to 16%.
3. All coins are guaranteed genuine.. All sales to floor and absentee bidders who have seen the lots, are final except for questions of authenticity. All items are sold as is without recourse for refund or reduction of price.
4. MAIL and INTERNET BIDDERS must bid in whole numbers only. Bids will be recorded in the order received.
5. MAIL and INTERNET Bidders will be invoiced within 2 days of the Auction close. You MUST PROVIDE A PHONE NUMBER or email address where you can be reached Sunday or Monday following the Auction. We will notify you by email or phone if you are a successful bidder. INTERNET Bidders will be invoiced via email within 1 day of the auction close. Payment must be made upon notification by certified check or money order unless credit has been established in advance. Payment by personal check without having established credit automatically voids all return privileges, as lots must be held 10 days for checks to clear. All MAIL and INTERNET Bidders MUST PAY THEIR ACCOUNT IN FULL Within 14 Days of the Auction as all consignor accounts are settled within 14 Days of the Auction date.
6. MAIL and INTERNET bidders will have a 10 day Return Privilege. You MUST notify us by phone or email within 10 days of the auction close if you intend to return any lots, all returns must be authorized in advance and received within 14 days of the auction date or return privilege is forfeited. There is NO RETURN PRIVILEGE for certified coins, sets, partial sets, group bulk lots, or binder lots.
7. MAIL and INTERNET Bidders will be invoiced and responsible for charges for shipping, handling, and insurance. No refunds will be given for any return shipping costs.
8. Bidding increments will be at the discretion of the Auctioneer. MAIL BIDDERS and ABSENTEE BIDDERS will have their bids executed competitively against floor bidders by auction personnel and lots will be purchased at one bid increment above the last bid. In the case of any bidding dispute the Auctioneer's decision will be final.
9. All floor purchases must be paid for in full. Personal or business checks are acceptable if credit has been established prior to the sale. The Auction Company reserves the right to hold purchases made by check or credit card until said funds are collected.
10. All coins except certified encapsulated coins are graded by the Auction company and or the consigner with Auction company approval. Grading is in accordance with Photograde and ANA standards and over 44 years of numismatic experience. We recognize that grading opinions may vary from person to person. Grading is not an exact science and no guarantee of grade is implied by this catalog. We strongly recommend you view all lots, the final determination is up to you.

12. Participation in this auction acknowledges acceptance of all terms by the bidder, as stated above.
