All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantees. Please come to the physical inspection or call us prior to bidding with questions. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS. ALL SALES FINAL!

WE ONLY SHIP FIREARMS. NOT AMMO, NO LOT BETWEEN 1-243!
For won, online bids, we will send you a separate invoice from our billing platform. If you do not pay the online invoice within 3 business days, we will bill the card on file. For shipping you will receive a separate invoice.
Checks, Cash, all major credit cards accepted for in person pick up. For online purchases we accept credit or wire transfer only. There is a 20% Buyers Premium.
All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantees. Please call or email with questions prior to bidding. We will only guarantee the make, model, serial number and caliber of the firearm.
The live preview will be from 10AM - 2PM PM on Thanksgiving Day.
6.625% NJ sales tax if not exempt. Our billing platform does not charge sales tax to out of state buyers. We have no discretion on how Live Auctioneers bills with reference to tax.
****Please note that the only guns that we ship direct are antique Long Guns, 1898 or before. All handguns (even antique, black powder, air guns), long guns (even black powder, air guns) and shotguns must ship to a FFL for transfer.
In addition, New Jersey does not recognize C&R licenses.****
NICS checks for NJ residents will be conducted on December 2nd - December 6th from 10 AM - 4 PM. We will send out a scheduler for NICS checks. All NICS checks appointments must be made through the scheduler.
Pick up for any non-gun purchase will be Monday December 1st from 10AM - 4PM. We will accept all forms of payment for in-person pickups. You must pick up any lot 1-243 on Sunday. This is the only pick up day for this auction.
As a NJ resident, you will need a NJ FID card for all handgun ammo. We do NOT ship any ammo. Local pick up only.
NJ residents must have a NJ FID card to purchase AMMO. All ammo must be logged before it can be transferred to the buyer.
WE WILL ONLY SHIP GUNS, NO OTHER LOTS, NO AMMO OR RELOADING. We will ship out of state to FFL dealers only. The only guns that we will ship direct are antique long guns. WE WILL NOT SHIP, ANTIQUE HANDGUNS, BLACK POWDER HANDGUNS, AIR GUNS, OR BLACK POWDER RIFLES DIRECT. These must be sent to a corresponding FFL for out of state purchases. Please call 888-639-4443 with any questions.
If you require shipping of your firearm to another FFL for transfer, you are responsible for getting us a copy of the FFL. We will not request a FFL license on your behalf.
All FFL licenses can be emailed to auctions@sunrise-antiques.com.
WE ARE NOT AMAZON. We rely on USPS, Fedex and UPS rates. Packing costs are below.
Buyer Pays all Shipping Costs. We will ship all guns in house. We use Shipping Saint as our billing platform.

THE ONLY GUNS THAT WE CAN SHIP DIRECT ARE ANTIQUE LONG GUNS (1898 and earlier). If WE are unsure of a firearm, we will ship to a FFL for transfer. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We generally ship guns within a week after the auction and send out email invoices and tracking numbers! If you have a question on shipping, please call us 888-639-4443. Once again, we are not AMAZON.
If you are a FFL you can email your license to auctions@sunrise-antiques.com. Please note that we do not have fax capability.

1. All items are sold as is - where is - without any guarantees of any kind. We will do our best to accurately describe all items and their characteristics. However, Sunrise Antiques makes no guarantees to operability or condition of any firearm. Sunrise Antiques strongly suggests that you physically inspect or have your agent physically inspect all guns prior to purchase. There are live previews before each auction. Please call or email us with any questions prior to bidding, view our website or come to the in-person previews. All sales are final! No returns, no refunds of any kind after a gun or any other lot has been sold!
2. There is a 20% buyer's premium in effect that will be added to the final selling price of each individual firearms lot online. In hall firearms purchase 20%.
3. We accept credit, cash, wire transfer, money order or personal/business checks for online purchases that need to be shipped. We will only ship guns to licensed FFLs. NJ does not recognize C&R licenses. If you purchase a gun online and want to physically pick up, all forms of payment are accepted.
4. All live, hall bidder and online purchases must be paid for on auction day with cash, money order, check or credit card.
5. There is a $50 NICS/transfer charge for all NJ firearms transfers.
6. No long gun will be transferred in NJ without a NJ FID card, Drivers License, 4473, NICS, and Certificate of Eligibility.
7. No handgun will be transferred without a FID card, Drivers License, 4473, NICS, and Permit to Purchase.
8. We will do out of state sales and transfers to the respective state FFL dealer. All out of state purchases must be shipped to an FFL. The only guns we ship direct are antique long guns. If a firearm is not compliant in purchaser state we will not ship the gun. All buyers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.
9. In the event of clerical or clerking errors during the online auction, all live bids will take precedence over the online platform.
10. There is a packing fee of $25 for each long gun shipped and $10 for each handgun. For all other packed lots there is a $10 packing fee per box.
11. Once again look closely before you purchase any firearm or other lot. All items are sold as is - where is - without any guarantees of any kind. All sales are final! No returns, no refunds of any kind after a gun has sold! Good luck at the auction...
12. If a car is in auction, Titles to cars / motorcycles will be provided after payments clear.
13. There is a $10 packing/handling fee for each non-firearms lot that Sunrise Antiques packs and ships to the respective buyer.
14. ALL INDIVIDUAL LOTS ARE subject to error and omissions. We do our best to represent all lots as accurately as possible.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Burlington County, New Jersey.
