If a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of an item's closing, the bidding time will automatically extend by an additional 2 minutes. Buyer’s Premium: A 13% buyer’s premium will be added to your winning bid, regardless of payment type. Sales Tax: NYS Buyers: A 7.5% New York State sales tax will be applied.If you are tax-exempt, please submit your resale certificate prior to the auction closing. Once your payment is processed, we cannot refund sales tax. Invoices: Invoices will be emailed to winning bidders by Sunday afternoon. Firearm & Ammo Purchases - New Regulations: NYS Firearm Background Check: Effective September 13, 2023, a background check is required for all firearm, rifle, shotgun, muzzle loaders, and ammunition purchases in New York State.$9.00 fee per firearm transaction $2.50 fee per ammunition transaction. Total fee for a firearm and ammunition on the same invoice will be $11.50. NYS NICS Fee:These fees will be added as a line item to your invoice and charged when we run your credit card. Out-of-state buyers picking up firearms or ammo must pay these fees in cash. Shipping Ammunition (NYS Buyers): Ammunition can be shipped only to an FFL.
