These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our auction services, including bidding on and purchasing items through our auction. By using our auction services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Registration To participate in our auction, you must register and create an account on our auction platform. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information. By registering for our auction, you represent and warrant that all information provided by you is accurate and complete. Bidding All bids are final and binding. By placing a bid, you agree to pay the full amount of your bid, plus any applicable buyer's premium and other fees. NC Taxes will be added to all sales unless you have a valid TAX ID# on file with us. We reserve the right to reject any bid at any time, for any reason. Payment Payment must be made in full within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Payments will be collected directly after closing of auction. If your settlement is over $1000, you will be required to pay with wire transfer, cashier's check or cash. If payment is not received for items by end of pick-up, items will be forfeited, and you will be blocked from bidding with us in the future.

Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Payments will be collected through the HiBid platform via credit card, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Local pickup is on Monday, November 18th from 10am-5pm at Pride Restoration of NC located at 2020 Captial Dr in Wilmington NC 28405. PICK UP IS ON PICK UP DAY, please be prepared to come at the designated time. We cannot guarantee availability of staff at any other time besides pick up times. Late pickup will be charged $5 per day for storage ($10 PER ITEM PER DAY for furniture). You are required to make contact with staff via email at Auctions@LutherBros.com if you are unavailable to pick up on pickup day and request an alternate day. Pick-up is on-site at local business, and we cannot guarantee other available pick-up times. Failure to pick up items within 7 days after the auction closing time will result in items being considered abandoned. Abandoned items will become property of the auction company to be resold for storage fees without a refund. Failure to pick up items in a timely manner will result in restricted bidding privileges. Buyers purchasing large or heavy items, MUST bring appropriate vehicles and sufficient help to load. On-site staff will not be able to help load.
