Selling the Furniture, Household Goods & Personal Property in the Estate of Janet Seltzer (Living in Assisted Living) Auction closes with a soft close on FRIDAY evening January 17th at 7:00 PM. Auction Terms & Conditions: 1. All items are sold As Is/Where Is with No Warranties expressed or implied. 2. In order to bid you will need to regisiter and create a user name and password. You must maintain updated information. 3. A 15% buyers premium will be applied to all purchases paid by cash or check. A 19% buyers premium will be applied to all purchases paid by debit or credit card. Auction purchases can be paid for at auction site in person by cash, check, or credit card. Payment also accepted by phone. 4. If successful bidder you are responsible for paying in full for all items within 24 hours of auction end. 5. All state and federal firearms laws will be followed with the sale of firearms. 6. Once auction closes invoices will be emailed with auction purchase total and address for pickup. Bidder is responsible for all removal, loading, and transporting of their auction items. Hinson's Auction will not remove, load, or transport items. Shipping is available on select items with all cost of shipping, handling, and boxing to be paid by buyer. If you have any questions about shipping call before bidding. Hinson's Auction does inhouse shipping on all smaller boxable items. Packing fee is $5 per box plus actual shipping cost. We use Pirate Ship to determine cheapest possible shipping rates. 7. Hinson's Auction will not be held liable for any or all problems arising from technical issues with bidding platform. In the event of technical issues Hinson's Auction reserves the right to stop, postpone, reschedule or restart the auction.. Hinson's Auction reserves the right to add or delete items from an auction. Hinson's Auction reserves the right to stop or cancel the auction at any time. 8. Hinson's Auction and the seller will not be held responsible for any accidents, injury, or theft of any kind. 9. Any item or items not paid for within 24 hours of auction close will be charged to credit card on file with HiBid. Any items left over 48 hours from auction close date will be sold for storage unless prior arrangements are made with Hinson's Auction.

Payment Terms
All items must be paid for in full within 48hrs of auction close. All purchases that are out of state will be charged to card on file with HiBid. Local purchases can be paid for in person by, cash, check, or credit card at auction location.. 15% buyers premium applies for cash or check. 19% buyers premium for debit or credit card. All purchases not paid for with 48hrs of auction close will be charged to credit card on file with Hibid. Any and all items not picked up within 48 hours of auction close will be sold for storage unless other arrangements are made with auction company.
Pickup can be done on Saturday, January 18th 10AM to 3PM. Shipping is available on select items with all cost of shipping, handling, and boxing to be paid by buyer. If you have any questions about shipping call before bidding. If you are a OUT OF STATE BUYER we will charge your card on file with Hibid for the item. Once shipping rate is determined we will charge your card again for ACTUAL shipping cost and a $5 boxing fee per box. We do inhouse shipping on the large majority of items. We use Pirate Ship to determine cheapest possible shipping rates.
