PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Debit accepted. No lot or item purchased will be released to the Buyer until the purchase price has been paid in full. Should funds not be negotiable, legal action will be initiated, and the bidder will be responsible for costs incurred.
PICK UP: Pick up. Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 3 pm to 6 PM.
and Friday November 29th 12 noon to 4pm. THIS IS ONLY PICK UP TIME BUILDING HAS SOLD. Items not picked up within this time will be forfeited.
AGENCY: Auctioneer has been hired by the seller and is acting as their agent in conducting the auction, and Auctioneer is not serving as an agent for any bidder or buyer.
TERMS OF GUARANTEE: Each lot will be sold AS IS, WHERE IS with all defects and faults. No warranties or guarantees of any kind will be given by Seller or Auctioneer. All weights, counts and measurements are approximate. It is the responsibility of the buyer to obtain all possible lot information prior to bidding. Bidders should, whenever possible, carefully inspect each lot to determine condition and contents.
