Clear Fork Youth League Annual Field Sponsorship Auction
Support local youth sports by participating in the Clear Fork Youth League Annual Field Sponsorship Auction!
Why Sponsor?
Your sponsorship directly supports nearly 400 kids in the valley, allowing them to participate in baseball, softball, and football each year.
It helps the Clear Fork Youth League maintain the fields and provide officials, ensuring a quality experience for all players.
Sponsorship signage offers visibility beyond the valley. Visitors from across the county attend games at the youth fields.
Sponsorship Benefits:
Sponsorships are for the entire Youth League season, approximately 20 weeks.
Fields 1-3: Freestanding, full-color sponsorship sign (approx. 4' x 2.5')
Field 4: Full-color sponsorship banner on fencing (approx. 4' x 2.5')
Additional Perks for all sponsorships: Includes team sponsorship, banner display, and website and social media advertising during both baseball/softball and football seasons. Additional value of $600.

Bidding: You can place bids anytime during the auction.
Closing Process: The auction begins closing at 7 PM on December 19th
Soft Close Feature: If a bid is placed within the final few minutes of an item’s closing, the bidding for that lot will be extended for an additional few minutes. This ensures all bidders have a fair opportunity to participate.
Max Bid Feature: Bidders are able to leave a max bid, allowing the computer to bid for them up to their max bid. This is a great option if you're not available as the auction is closing!
