Registration Registration approval depends on your HiBid reputation score. Negative feedback from other auctioneers may result in a denial of bidding privileges. 2. Shipping Instructions Indicate your payment method (cash or e-transfer) and shipping needs upon registration. Please note , all lots do not qualify for shipping. 3. Bidding Process All bids are final. Please review your selections carefully before bidding, as mistakes do not qualify for our Return and Refund Policy. 4. Inquiries Use the "Contact Auctioneer" feature for product inquiries. While we aim to respond promptly, we may respond within a 24hr window on weekends and Holidays. 5. Auction Adjustments We reserve the right to modify the auction inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent errors. 6. Item Descriptions Description of inventory are to the best of our ability, with actual photos provided in most cases. Please email us if you require more pictures or any clarification on any product at any time. We ask that you review all information before bidding to be updated on bidding product. 1.7 Invoicing Schedule Invoices are issued within 24 hours post-auction, detailing item descriptions, quantities, and a breakdown of charges, including a 13% buyer's premium,  and applicable sales tax. 1.8 Payment Deadline Payments are due within 24 hours of auction closure. Failure to settle an invoice may result in item forfeiture and potential bidding restrictions. 1.9 Payment Methods Payments can be made via credit card, e-transfer, or cash upon pickup. Ensure invoice numbers are included in payment notes for proper allocation. Email for payment: jackpotauction24@gmail.com 2.0 Pickup Schedule Pick-up starts from Monday December 16th at 10:30 am, available until Monday December 23th at 06:00pm. It would be better for both parties if reservation are make one day prior to ensure faster service. However we will try our best to accomate our customers. 2.1 Shipping Requests Shipping arrangements must be made within one week of auction closure. 2.2 Return Policy We aim to inspect / test most of our inventory before placing on our auctions unless stated otherwise. However some may be missed or in cases of seal boxes we do not . Our customers are free to check winning bids before picking up. Returns are only accepted under specific warranty conditions or if an item significantly deviates from its description. 2.5 Collection Deadline Items must be picked up or shipped by 7 days following auction closure.
