Auctions are conducted via the AuctionFlex / Hi-Bid platform.This is a secure site, all data is encrypted and PCI compliant and SSL certificates are maintained. There is no cost to register and bid. If you are the successful bidder your credit card will be charged. All bids are final and cannot be retracted. MAXIMUM BID If you chose to leave a maximum bid and the item sell below your maximum you will only be the charged the final bid amount. The Auction Flex software will bid the predetermined minimum bid when you are out bid and if you check the "outbid notification box" you will be notified if you are no longer the high bidder. WINNING BIDDERS Will be notified shortly after the auction. Your credit card can be charged at that time for the price of the items you have won plus buyer premium and taxes. PICK UP OF ITEMS MUST be made within the hours specified for the auction unless previously arranged. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be disposed. We are currently not offering shipping. SOFT CLOSE All auction items will have the soft close policy in place. If a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of a sale that item will not close for another 2 minutes and will remain open as long as there are bids AUCTION ITEMS All items are sold on a "as is" basis. Previews should satisfy any questions and if there is a description error please notify us. If there are changes to a specific item during a sale it will be posted or removed on the Web site. All sales are final.
