We use a soft close format on all listings. If an item receives an offer in the last few seconds, that item will extend an additional 2-minutes, this give you the opportunity to re-bid and win an item. (This item extension will not affect the rest of the auction closings) The item will continue to re-extend as long as the item receives continued bid raises.
By bidding on an item you are voluntarily entering into a binding contract to purchase, execute payment and pick up your item as laid out in our contract terms and conditions. You will be reported for non payment to HiBid, national databases and banned from future purchases with our company for non-payment.
An invoice will be emailed out following the sale, if you do not receive this invoice you're still liable for payment of the purchased items and if you have not received and invoice please contact us by the following morning.
PICKUP: You may pick up items on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. following the sale, Late pick-ups will be made by appointment only, ADDRESS: 3520 ECHO DR. N.W. SALEM, OR 97304, come to the bottom of the hill and take a right just beyond the END OF COUNTY ROAD MAINTENANCE sign and proceed to the open warehouse door. Shipping Auction Items: we do offer shipping on most items, the items must be 24" inches or less in all dimensions and 50 Lbs. or under to qualify. We may combine items in 1-box however we do not combine rigid and heavy items together with breakables they will be shipped in a separate box. We charge a $10.00 convenience fee for the first item and $5.00 each additional item plus actual shipping costs, plus packaging boxes and any needed packaging materials. Your credit card on file will be charged or you will be contacted for payment of shipped items. Please let us know & make sure your address associated with your account is correct for shipping purposes.
