Pick-Up Terms:
Pick-up location: 2810 SE 39th Loop Hillsboro, OR 97123 Suite G.
We re-use most of the boxes we have on site so please bring your own bags, boxes, packing material, etc. for your purchase(s).
Pick-up times:
All items MUST be picked up between:
10AM and 4PM on Saturday 12/14/2024
10AM and 4PM on Sunday 12/15/2024
10AM and 4PM on Monday 12/16/2024
Contact us if you are unable to pick up during these designated times. An appointment will be required if we allow you to pick up on a later day.
Unpaid orders: By 4pm PST Friday December 20, 2024 any order that has not been paid for will be cancelled, the item(s) will no longer be available and the winning bidder will be denied participation in future auctions.
Paid orders: By 4pm PST Monday December 30, 2024 any order that has been paid for but not picked up or shipped out (due to failure to pay for the shipping cost) will be considered abandoned and dealt with at our discretion. No refund will be given.
Shipping Terms:
The debit / credit card you used to register for the auction will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction for any winning bids plus 10%. An e-mail will be sent Friday night after the auction ends and your card has been processed that will include a copy of your invoice. If your card is declined, you will be notified in this e-mail.
Please let us know if you would like your item(s) shipped along with the address you would like your order shipped to.
We normally charge a $5 handling fee for orders that are shipped. Large, complicated and / or fragile orders may have a higher handling fee (up to $25). The handling fee amount is subject to our discretion.
Once we have your items ready to ship (usually within a couple of days of the auction ending), you will receive an e-mail from us letting you know the shipping and handling cost before we charge your card to purchase a shipping label. Once paid, your order will be shipped and we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number.
*If payment fails to go through for the initial invoice balance (total winning bids plus 10%), you will have until 4pm PST Friday December 20, 2024 to contact us to make alternate payment arrangements. If we do not hear from you by that time, your order will be cancelled, the items no longer available to you and you will be denied participation in future auctions.
*If the initial invoice balance (winning bids plus 10%) is paid for but your card is declined when trying to purchase a shipping label, you will be notified via e-mail and you will have until 4pm PST Monday December 30, 2024 to contact us to make alternate payment arrangements. After that time, your item(s) will be considered abandoned and dealt with at our discretion. No refund will be given.
We use USPS and FedEx.
If you are an international bidder with a US shipping address you must contact us before registering to gain approval. Any international bidders that register who have not reached out beforehand to gain approval will be removed from the auction and any bids that have been placed will be declined.

**A note to our shipping customers - Shipping costs have become prohibitively expensive. So please, plan accordingly when bidding and factor in higher shipping costs. For example:
- an item that weighs less than 1lb - you're looking at about $9-$12.
- a shoebox size box (16x10x6) - you're looking at about $15+ to OR and WA and about $20+ everywhere else.
- a standard size book box (16x12x12) - about $25+ to OR and WA and about $35+ everywhere else.
- a box the size of a microwave (20x16x14) - about $35+ to OR and WA and about $65+ everywhere else.
- a standard size moving box (18x18x18) - about $40+ to OR and WA and $80+ everywhere else.
- boxes any bigger than the above - plan on $50+ for OR and WA and $100+ everywhere else.
