Terms / Conditions 1. All bidders must be registered to bid on auction lots 2. All items are sold as is, where is and with any faults 3. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be charged to all purchases 4. This auction uses a soft close format, bidding will remain open for one minute past scheduled close time to accept any last bids. The bidder that has the final accepted bid is responsible for payment. 5. Kevin Neal Auction Service may reserve the right to reject any bid at its sole discretion 6. Payment is required before or at time of pick up, cash, check or credit cards are accepted, acceptable cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Note: If paying with a personal check, and the amount is greater than $10,000.00 proof of sufficient funds is necessary. 7. If paying with a credit card a 4% service fee will be charged to all credit card purchases 8. A $50 fee will be charged to any individual whose check does not clear the bank. 9. Items that are not picked up at the provided time or agreed upon time will be charged to the credit card on file, and ownership of the item will revert back to seller 10. Items may be shipped (All shipping is done in house). Buyer's card on file will be charged exact shipping along with a $15 (per invoice) handling / packaging material fee once item is ready to be shipped. Note: Buyer's card will be charged two separate charges (The first will be the invoice total from the auction, once this is paid order will be processed for shipping, when item(s) is/are ready to ship card will be charged the second time for shipping & handling fee). **Note: If payment for shipping is not cleared items will not be shipped until payment has been recieved** Items are shipped using either UPS or USPS (If items value is greater than $100.00 insurance will be added to cover items. This additional fee will be added to shipping cost) Also, if item(s) is/are shipped USPS they will be shipped priority mail as to receive tracking number. Items ship from zip code 16242. All items will be inspected before being packaged, and if any issues are present buyer will be notified of them before items are shipped. If items arrive to buyer damaged as a result of poor shipper handling the auctioneer will reimburse cost of shipping only. Claims may be filled with shipping company but must be done by buyer not auctioneer. 11. Items will be shipped as quickly as possible, but due to the high amount of packaging required to successfully ship items shipping it could take up to 7-10 business days for items to leave auctioneer's facility. 12. Items will not be packed and prepared for pick up. Please bring your own boxes and packing material 13. By registering for this auction, you agree to all of the terms and conditions provided 14. If Buyer's credit card is denied that individual will be reported to HiBid, where appropriate actions will be taken 15. All sales are final, NO refunds will be given 16. Kevin Neal Auction Service does not issue or grant any warranty of any kind to any of the items sold through this auction, it is the potential Buyer's responsibility to inspect items before placing their bids
