All items are being sold "as-is", "where-is" and in their present condition. Brief descriptions may/may not be given with each item, but bidder expressly agrees that they are not relying on such despcription, but instead will base all decisions to bid exclusively on Bidder's examination of each listings product photograph. All winning bids are legal & binding There will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to each successful wining bid. All items listed in this auction will be shipped to the successful bidder, unless otherwise posted in listing as "in person pick up only", or other prior arrangements are made for pick up (prior to bidding). Successful bidder agrees to pay all pertinent shipping costs. Successful bidders will be charged for their winning bids immediately at the end of the auction. Then we will prepare your item(s) for shipping. It is at this point we will charge your card on file for the shipping charges. We only ship to the address you have on file with us when you registered. Pick up items will be "by appointment" only. Appointments for pick up. Pick up appointments can be made by calling 267-221-7570. Pick up of your item(s) must occur within (10) days of the auction end time. IF items are not picked up within 10 days, you will be charged $10 storage fee until your items are picked up. Any items left in our possession after 30 days will be considered "abandoned", and a refund will NOT be issued. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
