This auction is located in a nice neighborhood in the Karns area of Knoxville. We have some great items in a well maintained home. There is a 2019 Nissan Frontier with very low miles, some antique furniture, clean electric couch and recliner, gold and silver jewelry, guns and ammo, lots of women's clothes and shoes, and much more. Everything is on one level, but there is a steep short driveway. Plenty of on-road parking. NOTICE: Due to an abuse of us transporting items to our shipper, if you pick up your items at the shipper instead of having them shipped, you will be assessed a surcharge. This will vary depending on the items transported. Minimal fee will be $10. Factors in fee will be distance from estate and size or quantity of items taken. This is to compensate our shipping partner and the person's gas and time transporting the items. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause. Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. Also, please note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate.
