1.) Property selling "as is, where is", both surface and subsurface with no warranties guaranteed or implied. Bidders should complete their own due diligence prior to bidding.
2.) Bidders can pick up items at Amonett's Eagle Auction Headquarters located at 2276 Livingston Hwy., Monroe, TN 38573. Bidders with questions can contact Dan Cook at (931)261-8386.

4.) This sale is final with no contingencies and is not subject to the buyer's ability to obtain financing.

--Suspend bidding on any individual lot and/or all lots in any auction at any time.
--Extend the bidding ending date & time for any individual lot and/or all lots in any auction at any time.
-- International Bidders are required to place a "bid" deposit prior to bidding. If they are a winning bidder, the "bid" deposit will be applied towards the purchase price. If they are not a winning bidder, the "bid" deposit shall be refunded. The "bid" deposit shall be 20% of the maximum bid per lot. The "bid" deposit shall be submitted by wire transfer only.
