IN ALL CASES THE AUCTIONEER HAS FINAL SAY AND DECISION IN DISPUTE SETTLEMENTS. ONCE AN ITEM IS SIGNED FOR. YOU ARE ASSERTING THAT YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE ITEM AND IT IS IN THE CONDITION AND DESCRIBED CORRECTLY. ONCE THE INVOICE IS SIGNED AND YOU'VE LEFT THERE IS NOTHING MORE THAT WILL BE DONE IF THERE IS SOMETHING THAT YOU FEEL IS SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT THAN THE LISTING.
