We make visual inspections on all product and try our best to note what appears to be new, opened box, or used . We honor returns on items not as described , unusable, or broken not otherwise noted in details.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each item purchased. PAYMENT: Your card will automatically be charged after the close of the auction. Cash payments are also accepted. We are unable to hold items. Any items left at our office after 15 days will be re-sold or donated without issuing a refund. We will have at least one employee available to help load up items. If you have a large item, please bring additional help. Make sure you come prepared with the proper vehicle, straps, moving blankets, etc. to properly transport items. If you are unsure what is needed to pick up your items, please contact us and we will be more than happy to advise you of what is needed. We do our best to picture items as they are and capture any flaws. However, at times items do look different in size, color or condition in person. CONDITION OF ITEMS: Bullseye Bids will give a detailed description of all items to the best of our ability. If an item is listed as "working", this means that the item at minimum powered on. Bullseye Bids will not be held responsible for an item not working once it has left our premises. If an item is tested and it does not work, we will list it as not working or not list it at all. At times, we do not have the ability to test an item. In this case, we will not list the item as working or not working. SOFT CLOSE/BID EXTENSION: Our auction lots close by a soft close. The closing time of a lot is extended by 2 minutes when a bid is received on that lot in the last 2 minutes. This is to allow other bidders a chance to bid higher if they choose, much like a live auction. It also eliminates sniper bidding, where a bidder places a bid in the very last seconds of an auction to prevent others the opportunity to respond to the bid. STAGGER: There is a 20 second stagger between each lot. The first lot will begin ending at the designated time, the second lot 30 seconds later, and so on.
