Auction Terms & Conditions Auction Terms & Conditions All items sold "as is where is" All sales final No refunds, returns or exchanges. Auction company makes no guarantees as to condition. Please ask all questions prior to bidding. This auction will be in USD. 15% internet premium charged on top of winning bid Credit Card Registration Required. All customers will be sent invoices from Squareup.com in which they will submit payment. If payment is not submitted customer will recieve notifications and requests for payment until it is sent. Pick up is not allow until payment is recieved. No cashier checks, money orders or personal/company checks. All items are considered pre owned even if unused. All measurements are considered approximate. Please ask all questions prior to bidding. No bids are removed once placed. We do our best to describe all items but cannot guarantee our descriptions are perfectly worded. Auction company does not guarantee condition of items. We attempt to test items for power but some auction work sites do not offer electric power options. All items are sold “as is-where is” regardless of condition. Measurements are approximate. To get accurate measurements we encourage independent inspection and preview of items. All bidders are encouraged to have a personal inspection and preview of all auction items prior to placing bids. Please attend auction preview and take copious notes for yourself. All bids are a contract for payment. Do not bid if you will be unable to pick up items for pick up only items. Invoices are emailed after the conclusion of the auction. Your credit card on file will be charged. Not picking up your items on pick up day will cause those items to then be forfeit. All bidders will be required to electronically agree that they understand the terms of the auction. By agreeing to participate in this auction Bidders agree NO attempt at a chargeback will be performed for any reason and Bidder understands the term “All Sales Final No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds and All Items Sold As is-Where is”. Bidders must provide their own manpower and packing supplies. Auction company does not provide moving, hauling or lifting for items. Bidder agrees that shipping costs are separate from auction invoice. Shipping items include a handling fee of $7 per item plus the total shipping cost. Shipping is done via USPS Flat Rate Box Only. Your items must fit into the 3 size boxes available (Small/Med/Large)or we will be unable to ship your items. We will only hold shipping items for 30 days. If you do not respond and accept the shipping quote email we cannot ship out items. We will not be held responsible for auction items for shipping left over 30 days. Bidder agrees to forfeit their shipping items if left over 30-days but is still responsible for the payment due on any items/lots they won in the auction. Sales tax is charged unless a tax exempt form is provided two days before the auction ends. Bidders must adhere to pick up schedule. No exceptions are made. Auction company does not hold items. Negative feedback will be reported and bidders may be turned over to collections for non-payment of invoices. Please do not bid if you are unable to pay for or pick up your items. Bidders with negative Hibid.com score may not be able to participate in auction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Payment Terms
USD will be used for this auction. The buyers premuim is 15%. Tax rate in Texas is 8.2500%. Each item will be charged accordingly to the tax rate. An invoice from Square up will be sent in which payment information will be entered, sent to the seller, and payment is due by Friday July 21st, 2023.
Pickup will be SATURDAY November 9th 10-2pm OR by Appointment. PLEASE NOTE- Shipping is available for some items with a $2.50-$7 per item handling fee plus the cost of shipping.
