Auction Terms and Conditions: 1. All persons desiring to bid and/or purchase must register with auctioneer using a valid credit card. A bid by any person shall provide conclusive proof that the bidder has made themselves familiar with the terms and conditions contained herein. Your auction registration is also an agreement to be added to our email / text list for notifications about other auctions and services we offer. Your bid is a legal binding contract. If your are designated the winning bidder you agree to pay the full bid amount plus buyers premium , plus any applicable sales tax, and shipping charges. 2. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS with no WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES expressed or implied. Auctioneer or Seller shall describe the merchandise as accurately as possible but they assume no liability and will not be responsible for authenticity, genuineness, or unseen defect in any lot. No allowance discount or refund shall be made on any incorrectness or error in cataloging, imperfection, defect, or damage. Any and all descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as authenticated or as a warranty of any type. Buyer shall base their bid accordingly based on their judgment solely. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 3. Full payment for all purchases shall be made immediately following the conclusion of the sale. The credit card on file will be charged for the full amount, plus buyers premium and sales tax (if applicable), immediately following the close of the auction. 4. a 15% buyers premium will be calculated and added to all online purchases and will become part of the total purchase price. 5. Tax will be applied to all items that are subject to Texas State Sales Tax and / or local tax. Tax will be collected unless the buyer has a current sales tax number on file with the auctioneer. 6. Sales tax will be applied to buyers premium according to state tax laws unless 5 above prevails. 7. Auctioneer reserves the right to a) reject any and all bids and bid as an agent on behalf of the Seller, any absentee bidder, and / or Auctioneer as a buyer, b) on behalf of Seller in the event of a reserve or Seller confirmation to reach a reserve sales price, c) withdraw from or add to auction any item before or during the sale, d) Resell any item not paid for in full on sale day, e) Group Subdivide sell lots times the money, or sell lots in bulk when it is in best interest of Seller. 8. Auctioneer is not responsible for the performance of the online bidding platform. If a bid is not received by the auction house, the bid cannot be executed. The Auctioneer is not responsible if a bid is not executed due to technical or human error. 9. Merchandise will be shipped within 5 business days of the conclusion of the auction. Shipping charges will be added onto the final purchase price of each item. Charges will be based on UPS Ground shipping pricing. Pressley Auction Service, Inc. will attempt to fit as many items into each shipping box as safely and efficiently as possible to to reduce the shipping charges for each item. Auctioneer reserves the right to resell any items in which shipping charges were not paid for within the time period allotted. 10. Any announcement in regard to term, conditions, additions, or deletions made day of sale or prior to or during auction, supersedes any and all other advertising and or announcements.

If you need items shipped, we drop off with the UPS store in downtown Fort Worth and they will contact you for payment. We will not offer shipping on large items, only onthose items easily handled by one person.
