Lots will start to close at 10:00 AM, the day of the auction and will close at a rate of 5 per minute until all lots are sold. This Auction will include Overstock items from several big box stores, small New in Box/ DAMAGED Box, Open Box, Tools, holiday items and so much more. There truly is something for everyone in this auction. Keep checking back to see what's new! All items are new unless otherwise stated in the description. Item packaging may show signs of warehouse damage or stickers from processing. Items may have been taken out of the box for inspection and the packaging resealed. Many items are in craft, nongraphic boxes so in most cases a photo of the box will not be included in the auction details. We will supply packaging photos if the packaging has severe damage.

A refund will NOT be issued for abandoned items. All merchandise not picked up or had shipping paid by Wednesday (11/27/24) by 4:00 PM will be considered abandoned and forfeited. SHIPPING POLICY: The shipping policy for winning items is as follows: 1) Winning lots must be paid for IN FULL before we will package, weigh, process and invoice for shipping. 2) If you want to have your winning items shipped, please email support@kilfordauctions.com with your name, your bidder number, and the shipping address. We will provide you with a separate invoice specifically for shipping. Your shipping invoice will include insurance for the item that is equal to the amount you bid. 3) Once shipping has been paid, we will provide you with tracking information. 4) You have the option of providing a prepaid shipping label for shipping. Please email your request for box dimensions and weight to support@kilfordauctions.com. Please email the prepaid shipping label to support@kilfordauctions.com. 5) Items that did not have shipping paid or did not have a shipping label received by the final pickup day will be forfeited and bidder will not be eligible for a refund. Not all items can be visually inspected so we do test products for functionality when we are able to do so. Returns and Refunds: At Kilford Auctions we stand by our products. We understand that mistakes happen. Our staff from time to time will miss an important detail when inspecting items. Bid with confidence. We take accountability when we make an error. In the unfortunate circumstance that we do make an error in the listing, we will replace when able and refund when necessary.
