Payment- No credit card payments on Currency (all Gold, Silver, Coins). Payment by Cash, Certified Check, Cash app, and if payment is $500 or more Bank wire (Bank wire fees are the responsibility of the buyer. For example, if your invoice is $500, the full $500 must be received. If your bank deducts a fee from the wired amount, please ensure the fee is added so that the invoice amount is not reduced.)

All items are sold "as is" in their current condition, with all faults and imperfections. We make no warranties or guarantees about condition, authenticity, or defects not described.
We make our best effort to describe and photograph items accurately, but mistakes or inaccuracies may occur. Please inspect items thoroughly before bidding.
Buyers are responsible for collecting purchased items from the auction house within the designated pickup times. We are not liable for items left on premises.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
By bidding, the bidder acknowledges they have inspected the item(s) to their satisfaction and buys at their own risk.
We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Currency Items have a Reserve.
Applicable sales tax will be added to winning bids. Buyer's premium of 15% also applies.
Payment types accepted include credit card(3.5% fee), cash, Certified checks, cash App and wire transfer for high value items. Proof of ID may be required.

Announcements made on the auction day supersede any prior advertisements.

Ownership only transfers after full invoice payment and pickup from premises. Storage fees ($3/day) may apply for uncollected items. Abandoned items (Items not picked up within 1 week from auction end without prior arrangements) may be reclaimed and resold by the auction house.
We may contact you by email and text messages about upcoming auctions and announcements. Your information is not shared externally.
Auction house owners and staff may bid on items, under the same terms as other bidders.
