By registering for and bidding in this auction, you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update auction details, update lots, add corrections, and delist lots. Should this affect our bidders we will do our best to assist you in a resolution.
Bidding: You must be 18 years or older to bid. All bidders must be ID verified prior to bidding by registering with a valid credit or debit card. Bidding is a contract to purchase if you win. Please do not bid if you are unable to adhere to the terms and conditions regarding bidding, payment and pickup.
Payment: Following the close of the auction your registered card will be charged for the amount of your bid wins plus the buyer's premium and sales tax. You will receive an email with a statement invoice of your purchase. You will be required to bring a valid ID on pick up. All invoices have a 16% buyer’s premium and 6.25% state sales tax added.
Cash buyers - If you wish to pay with cash instead of charging your card on file, you must notify us via email info@biddse.com BEFORE the live bidding begins. Shipping will start the following Monday after the auction closes. To request shipping please follow the link and fill out all information.
Shipping invoices will be sent out via email and must be paid by 12/22/24 4pm CST.
Shipping Terms:
Payment of Shipping Invoice: All shipping invoices must be paid in full by 12/22/24, 4 PM CST. Failure to pay the shipping invoice by this deadline will result in the forfeiture of your items.
Shipment Conditions: No items will be dispatched until both the items and the shipping costs have been fully paid.
Insurance and Signature Requirements: Shipments with a total value exceeding $100 will require insurance. Shipments with a total value exceeding $250 will require a signature upon delivery. Any additional fees associated with these requirements are the responsibility of the customer.
Additional Fees: Customers are responsible for any extra costs related to shipping and any non-standard packaging materials required for their items.
Liability Post-Shipment: Once items have been shipped, Biddse Auctions is no longer responsible for the items. This includes, but is not limited to, the condition of delivery, loss, theft, or damage incurred during shipping.
Notification of Misrepresentation: Customers have three (3) days from receipt of items to notify Biddse Auctions of any significant misrepresentation of the items as per the terms of the auction.
Waiver of Right to Test and Inspect: Customers waive their right to test and inspect items before shipping.
Refund Policy for Electrical Items: Electrical items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. No shipping costs, including those for initial delivery, will be refunded.
Repackaging and Disassembly: Items may be repackaged and disassembled for optimal shipping practices and cost efficiency. Items may also be shipped in multiple boxes if necessary to ensure the best pricing.
Additional Information: If additional information is needed for your shipment response and resolution is required. Items will not be held beyond 7 days of auction close. Biddse Auctions is not responsible for failure to communicate that results in forfeiture of items.

We will assist you in transporting your items to the pickup area outside our warehouse door. We are unable to assist with loading, strapping or securing your items. Please bring assistance, rope and strapping if you will need it.
Returns/Refunds: Please carefully read the item condition/description and look at the images in the listing. You are welcome to ask questions before bidding. We do our very best to inspect each item and verify its condition. We will test items where able. A place to test electrical items is provided at pick up, please use this courtesy. No returns will be given for electrical items unless gravely misrepresented. Occasionally we miss something important. If we have misrepresented an item or there is a significant defect not noted in the listing, please let us know via email within 3 days of pickup. We will allow return and refund under this circumstance only. Items must be returned to the warehouse for a refund. There are NO other reasons for return or refund. Items made of natural substances are natural and may vary from the photos. Please inspect carefully and bid with confidence! All sales are “as is” and “where is” without warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Discrepancies must be reported at time of pickup. Please check your invoice and items carefully to ensure you have all items before leaving.
