-Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes.
-Holdover: We can hold your items only if fully paid for by 3pm on last day of Pickup December 17th. You must call 903-245-8186 to verify payment receipt and get approval for hold. Please See storage fee section below
-Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. Please bring your own boxes and packing material!
-Condition: You are buying As is, where is without guarantees implied or otherwise. Bidders are responsible for reviewing the item for condition evaluation. No returns are accepted for any reason.
-Buyer's Premium: All bids are subject to a 10% buyers premium.
-Note: Some items may not be available for shipping. Each Lot will specify if the item has a shipping option. Please Check Carefully!
-Shipping: After Invoice is paid we will contact you with the shipping cost total. All Items will be shipped by us within 48 hours of shipping invoice payment Via USPS Ground Advantage. All items are subject to the actual shipping charge plus a $5 handling fee per PACKAGE. We are happy to combine small items to make shipping as affordable and easy as possible. Tracking number will be provided. If Shipping is requested for items NOT advertised as available for shipping, Additional handling fees will apply and shipping will be delayed. Buyer is responsible for all packing material and shipping costs. Smitten Auctions is not responsible for damage in transit or theft.
-Sales Tax: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information to smittenauctions@gmail.com. No exemptions will be accepted after the auction closes. No exemptions accepted on pickup day. All applicable sales tax will be collected.
-Storage: We charge a minimum of $5 per day storage starting after the last pickup day. Items not picked up within 4 days of pick up day will be reauctioned. No refunds of any type will be given in any situation.
