Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. There is a 18.5% Buyers Premium charged to all purchases. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax emption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale. Pickup will be at the store in Gainesville, 101 W Broadway Street, 76240. Bring your own packing material and loading help. Items remaining after one week will be considered abandoned and forfeited, and such items will be disposed of at auctioneer's discretion without refund to winning bidder.
