Buyers are responsible for pick up and loading. All items must be picked up during the time listed or they will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of. All items are sold as is, where is, no warranty and no guarantee as to condition. We do our best with photos to show condition and let you know of any flaws. Minor flaws may not be seen. When customer enters a bid, he enters a binding contract by the laws and statues in the state of Texas. Anyone including employee's of Nacogdoches Auction may bid on any of the auctions if in good standing with HiBid. Texas sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to this tax. Buyers shall indemnify Nacogdoches Auction against any claims, damages, liability as a result of any harm or injuries suffered during the process of this sale or pick up of items. All items are offered to the highest bidder. All sales are final, and no refunds will be made.
