-Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes.
-Holdover: We can hold your items only if fully paid for by 3pm on last day of Pickup. You must call 903-245-8186 to verify payment receipt and get approval for hold. Please See storage fee section below
-Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. Please bring your own boxes and packing material!
-Condition: You are buying as is, where is, without guarantees implied or otherwise. Bidders are responsible for reviewing the item for condition evaluation. No returns are accepted for any reason.
-Buyer's Premium: All bids are subject to a 10% buyers premium. Note: Some items may not be available for shipping. Each Lot will specify if the item has a shipping option. Please Check Carefully!
-Shipping: After Invoice is paid we will contact you with the shipping cost total. All Items will be shipped by us within 48 hours of shipping invoice payment Via USPS Ground Advantage. All items are subject to the actual shipping charge plus a $5 handling fee per PACKAGE. We are happy to combine small items to make shipping as affordable and easy as possible. Tracking number will be provided. Items not marked as shipping available on the lot can be shipped in most cases but will have additional handling fees due to the size and difficulty of shipping. An additional charge of $25 per package will apply if you request those items being shipped. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Smitten Auctions is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in shipping. All Orders over $300 will be shipped with signature confirmation required.
-Sales Tax: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information to smittenauctions@gmail.com. No exemptions will be accepted after the auction closes. No exemptions accepted on pickup day. All applicable sales tax will be collected.
-Storage: We charge a minimum of $5 per day storage starting at 6pm on the last pickup day. Items not picked up within 7 days of pick up day will be reauctioned.
