If a customer returns an item within 72 hours of pickup, we will try our best to replace the item or give an auction credit of the purchase amount. Any cash refunds can take up to 30 days to receive.
Item packaging may show signs of warehouse damage or stickers from processing. Items may have been taken out of the box for inspection and the packaging resealed.
