1. General Warranties
All items are sold As-Is and Where-Is without any warranties or guarantees. Win It Free Warehouse makes no representation or warranty on behalf of any manufacturer or retailer.
2. Participation Agreement
By participating in our auctions, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Payments
Automatic Charges: Your registered card will be charged automatically for any items won, immediately following the auction's conclusion. Charges include: the Winning Bid Amount, a 15% buyer’s premium (to help cover transaction fees), and applicable state sales taxes. Contact us for questions: WinItFreeWarehouse@gmail.com.

Walmart Parking Lot - 949 Grassland Dr, American Fork, UT 84003
Fee: $5 per lot (e.g., 3 lots = $15)
Payment: Cash or Venmo at the time of pick up

Pick-Up Deadlines: Items not collected by the final scheduled pick-up time may be considered abandoned and disposed of without refund, unless prior arrangements are made via email: WinItFreeWarehouse@gmail.com.
5. Item Condition
Items are inspected briefly, and their condition is described as one of the following:
New: Appears unused, in original packaging.
New (Other): Packaging opened but no visible damage or significant signs of use.
Open Box/Used: Customer returns in good or acceptable condition.
If packaging is sealed, items are assumed to meet the above conditions. If items or packaging show clear damage, they are either:
1. Disposed of, or
2. Listed with a description of the damage.
6. Returns and Refunds
Guarantee: Items are guaranteed against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects for three (3) days from the auction close date.
Refund Policy: If an item's condition significantly deviates from its listed description, Win It Free Warehouse will, at its sole discretion, issue a refund for the purchase price.
Auction Remorse: Refunds or returns are not accepted for any other reasons. Please review item details carefully before bidding.
7. Shipping
We do not offer shipping. Local pick-up only.
8. Privacy and Communications
By participating, you consent to the use of your contact information for communication regarding auctions. Your information will not be sold or distributed.
